This plugin allows you to schedule Zoom Meetings directly from Outlook. You can also adjust settings for Zoom meetings from Outlook.
The Zoom Outlook Plugin works with the Zoom application. You must therefore install both the Zoom program and the Zoom Outlook Plugin. See also First time users of Zoom :
- If you have a PC installed by UiB, find the Zoom Outlook Plugin in Windows Software Center. Install it from there.
- If you have a Mac, install Zoom Outlook Plugin from Zoom's web pages. Select "Download Zoom plugin for Microsoft Outlook" first and install the pkg file. There is a simple guide to the use behind the "Add Zoom" button.
- If you have a private PC, you must install the Zoom Outlook Plugin from Zoom's web pages.
