"The eduroam (EDUcation ROAMing) is the secure, world-wide roaming access service developed for the international research and education community" (citiation: https://www.eduroam.org/what-is-eduroam/). Eduroam is available to both students and employees at The University of Bergen. Guests from other eduroam capable institutions abroad can log onto the eduroam wireless network at UiB with their existing login credentials.

Scan the QR code to the right to access the eduroam configuration tool for your phone or tablet.

How to connect wireless to eduroam manually

NB! If you are experiencing problems with eduroam for Mac, you may have expired eduroam certificates on your computer. To solve this issue, choose "Keychain access" on your Mac, select the certificates which consist of the characters "nps" or "radius.uib.no" and delete them. Click here for more information on how to delete the correct certificates.
