For booking the studio or support, please register an issue to the IT department or call the IT Department service desk BRITA at + 47 555 8 47 00.

Give the IP-adress or ISDN-number for each participant, and also name a contact person with phonenumber for each location.

For conferences outside of ordinary work hours, extra user support must be booked to access the room and provide assistance. This is subject to available personell. The cost must be covered by the user's department.

Internal UiB users may check the calendar for times available for conferences.
