BRITA is the IT division's service desk and common point of contact for all IT-related business (questions, incident reports, requests for installations etc., and other IT user support or operations issues).
IT user support in lecture rooms is provided by IT assistants.
User support stations for students' are located on the university campus. Read more about places and opening hours.
