If you are not able to find a solution to your IT problem / question on the web:
- Students may contact PC helpers at the faculty's PC rooms or register an issue at https://bs.uib.no.

- Employees may call BRITA at (555) 84700 or register an issue in https://bs.uib.no.

Students
Students may report user support requests in two ways:
PC helpers at UiB's PC rooms: For information (in Norwegian) about PC rooms, try the link in the bottom right menu in the IT information in UiBs public student portal. or Web: http:// bs.uib.no.
Employees
Employees may contact our service desk BRITA:

Note: Before you call our service desk we ask you to have this information available:
- Your UiB user name
- Your computer's name: (hint for users with UiB Windows computers: START - SUPPORT - SHOW COMPUTER INFO)
