The IT Department's service coordinators are responsible for the general contact with all university departments. They may be contacted for general questions about the IT Department's services and responsibilities, escalation of issues, etc.

The IT Department's service coordinators are responsible for the general contact with all university departments. They may be contacted for general questions about the IT Department's services and responsibilities, escalation of issues, etc.

Magne Bergland and Alexi Nesheim Santana, are for the time being (effective from 01.06.2021) service coordinators for all of the universitys departments, research centers and external companies.

Issues should be registered with BRITA for employees or with IT assistants for students or teaching rooms.
