| If you are not sure whether your UiB e-mail is on the Exchange server, you may have a look at "E-mail accounts" in the "Tools" menu in Outlook.

| When changing to Outlook for e-mail and calendar, note the following:

| Your existing e-mail will not be transferred to your Outlook e-mail on the Exchange server.

| Your old e-mail may be read using e.g. Webmail, Pine or Mozilla Thunderbird.

| In Mozilla / Thunderbird you may choose all e-mails (Ctrl + A) in your mailbox, right-click and choose "Forward as attachment..." and send to yourself.

| Having received the message in Outlook, you may open it, choose the attached messages and drag them to the desired Outlook folder.

| Your Address book is neither automatically transferred to your Outlook. It is, however, possible to fix this yourself.
