All client machines run by the central IT-dept are updated automatically. However, some updates require a reboot. Because of this we recommend you to choose “Restart” and not “Log off” when you leave at the end of the day.
Never leave the machine in the “lock computer”-mode over night unless it is used to complete an important job.
NOTICE: Laptops should regularly be rebooted while connected to the network to ensure they receive latest system updates.
